Alexis "Lexi" Nicole Martin, 2 months and 21 days, passed away July 5, 2011 at Promise Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson. She was born April 16, 2011 to Chelsey and Patrick Martin Jr.

Survivors include her parents, brother, Cameron Stevens, of the home; grandparents, Michele and Daran Slack, Hutchinson, Eska Ward, Hutchinson, Patrick Martin Sr, Eureka, Harry Clayton Jr, Lyons; great grandparents, Jim and Marlene Gloss, Livingston, TX, John and Elaine Slack, Larned, Kathy Hargett, Hutchinson; three uncles, Harry James Clayton, Don Clayton, Dylan Martin and fiancée Lisa Thompson; ten aunts, Jessica Gloss, Christy Douglas, Courtney Jennings, Jessica Beer and husband David, Denna Stewart and husband Pat, Brandi Belveal, Karlee Martin, Frankie Martin and Sabrina Lutschg and many cousins.

She was preceded in death by great grandfather, Harry Clayton Sr; great grandmother, Gail Taves; uncle, Dustin Maxwell; great uncle, James Todd; cousin, Hayden Beer.

Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Monday, July 11, 2011 at Elliott Chapel with Pastor Rick Goertzen officiating. Burial will be in Fairlawn Burial Park. Visitation will be 9-9 Sunday with the family present from 6-7:30 pm at Elliott Mortuary. Memorials may be made to the Alexis Martin Memorial Fund in care of the mortuary.
