Alfred M. Algrim's Obituary
NICKERSON - Alfred M. Algrim, 64, died Nov. 21, 2005, at Hutchinson Hospital ER.
He was born Sept. 21, 1941, in Stafford, the son of Ivan Willard and Hulda Hildebrand Algrim. He was a 1959 graduate of Stafford High School. A lifelong Kansas native, he worked for Farmers Co-op of Nickerson for 30 years, retiring in 2004 as fertilizer manager.
He belonged to Church of Christ and the Mid America Treasure Hunters Club.
On Feb. 12, 1961, he married Linda J. Ellis in Hutchinson. She survives.
Other survivors include: two sons, Gary Algrim, Nickerson and Clint Algrim, Hutchinson; a daughter, Lori Sanchez, Littleton, Colo.; a brother, Tracy Algrim, Wichita; a sister, Susan Krampe, Great Bend; and six grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Minnis Chapel, Stafford. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson. Burial will be in Peace Creek Cemetery, Stafford County.
Memorials may be sent to Hospice House, in care of the mortuary.
