Obituary

Arlene Green, 63, died Jan. 20, 2015, surrounded by her family, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. She was born May 21, 1951, to Harold N. and Freeda F. (Elliott) Long in Neveda, Mo.

Arlene was an avid Bingo player, loved to paint ceramics and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #2550.

Survivors include: daughters, Sue McQueen and husband Tom of Hutchinson, Hope Schwab of Hutchinson, and Bonnie Crawford of Wichita; grandchildren, Janice Bone, Joey Bone, Breana Bone, Joshua Bishop, Samantha Bishop, Brock Bishop, Alanna McQueen, Lindsey McQueen and T.J. McQueen; 13 great-grandchildren; sisters, Joann Wedel of Mulvane, Becky Fechner of Junction City; brother, Bill Long of Alden. She was preceded in death by her parents.

A prayer service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 25, 2015, with the family to receive friends until 4 p.m., at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson. Friends may sign the memorial book from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at Elliott Mortuary.

Memorial contributions may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Society in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
