Amanda Rene Pruitt, 38, of Hutchinson, died January 3, 2024, at her home. She was born February 25, 1985, in Iowa City, Iowa, to Charles Eugene Lemley and Victoria Lynn (Owen) George.

Amanda enjoyed crafting, coloring, and baking. Her most favorite thing to do was spending time with her family.

On May 7, 2005, she married Mark Andrew Pruitt, in Hutchinson. They shared over 18 years of marriage.

Amanda is survived by: her husband, Mark Pruitt of Hutchinson; mother, Victoria George of Louisiana; sisters, Sara Lemley of Iowa, Nicole Dean of Louisiana; step sons, Andrew and Christopher Pruitt both of Hutchinson; and 6 grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her father.

Cremation has taken place. No services are planned at this time.
