Angeline V. "Angie" Stoughton's Obituary
Angeline V. "Angie" Stoughton, 87, died March 25, 2009, at Promise Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson.
She was born Sept. 19, 1921, in Cabool, Mo., the daughter of Clarence H. and Dolly M. Johnson Parmenter.
She was a longtime Hutchinson resident. She graduated from Buhler High School in 1940. She was a homemaker, a member of the First Christian Church, and a former member of the Sunny Circle Club.
On June 29, 1940, she married Wayne A. Stoughton in Hutchinson. He died June 28, 2000.
Survivors include: sister, Elizabeth Eikleberry, and husband Leon, Hutchinson; four grandchildren, Kevin Tinin, Angie Burdette, Frankie Burdette and Cindy Owens; and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 30 at Elliott Mortuary, with Chaplain Bob Phipps officiating. Friends may call 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at the mortuary. Burial will be at a later date in Fairlawn Burial Park, Hutchinson.
