Audrey Rose Vonachen, 11, died September 26, 2013. She was born October 17, 2001, in Hutchinson, the daughter of Steve and Karla Jo (Severtson) Vonachen. Audrey was a 6th grader at Prosperity Grade School where she played the trombone in the band. She was also a member of the 56 Club at CrossPoint Church.

She is survived by: her father, Steve Vonachen and brother, Samuel Jacob Vonachen, of Hutchinson; grandparents, Cecil and Anna Vonachen of Hutchinson; aunts and uncles, Kathleen Vonachen of San Francisco, Calif., John Terry Vonachen of Denver, Steven R. Severtson of Hutchinson, Cheryl L. Severtson and Petrus Stuifbergen of Kansas City, KS, and Carol L. and Robert Thayer of Hutchinson.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Burman and Verna Severtson.

Parish rosary will be 10 a.m. Thursday, October 3, 2013, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m., all at Church of the Holy Cross, Hutchinson, with Father Joseph Eckberg presiding. Burial will follow at 2 p.m. in McPherson City Cemetery, McPherson. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Wednesday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
