Obituary

Barbara Noreen Fraser, 78, died April 22, 2022, at Hospice House. She was born June 15, 1943, in Tacoma, Washington, to Clinton C. and Verna L. (Schroll) Glover.

Barbara graduated from Hutchinson High School and attended Hutchinson Community College and Salt City Business College. In addition to being a homemaker, she worked as a sales clerk at Sears for many years. Barbara enjoyed working crossword puzzles, playing Bunko, and watching sports on television. She absolutely loved spending time with her family, playing sports of all kinds with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

On April 11, 1958, Barbara married Larry D. Fraser, in Hutchinson. He died August 25, 1990.

Survivors include: her children, Diane Siefkes (Kelly), Donald Fraser (Cindy); grandchildren, Kylee Hawk (J.D. Dyke), Jason Clifford (Ashley), Chad Fraser (Katy), Matt Fraser (fiancé, Maci Wilson); great-grandchildren, Braden, Keaton, Easton, Jayley, Paisley, Tinley, Reece, Cam, all of Hutchinson; and sister, Beverly Johnson (Larry) of Coffeyville.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a granddaughter, Kami Fraser.

Cremation has taken place. Graveside service will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 6, 2022, at Memorial Park Cemetery, 5905 W. 4 th Ave., Hutchinson. Friends may sign her memorial book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Thursday, with family present to receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Elliott Mortuary.
