Barbara Jean "Barb" Damme, 50, died February 20, 2022, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center.  She was born October 9, 1971, in Hutchinson, to Douglas and Barbara Jean (Bagby) Spotts.

Barb, as she was known to her friends, and Barbara Jean, as her dad called her, was a homemaker.  She took great joy and pride in "DIY" projects, especially when working on her home.  Barb also enjoyed crafts, crocheting, camping, and doting on her pets.

Barb is survived by:  children, Benjamin Patel, Chris Snell, and Zane Damme; father and stepmother, Doug and Karen Spotts; mother, Barbara Davis; brother, Mike Bagby (Jacqueline Logan-Bagby); and Zane's dad, John Damme.

She was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents.

Barbara's Celebration of Life will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, March 6, 2022, at CrossPoint Church, 1410 E. 30 ^th , Hutchinson. Friends may sign her book from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday at Elliott Mortuary.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Barbara Damme Memorial Fund (for son, Zane's Education), in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS  67501.
