Baylee Marie
Flynn
September 11, 2006 – May 11, 2025
Elliott Mortuary & Crematory
2:00 - 4:00 pm (Central time)
Baylee Marie Flynn, 19, passed away May 11, 2026, at Wesley Medical Center, due to injuries sustained from an automobile accident. Baylee was born on September 11, 2006, in Hutchinson, KS.
Baylee graduated from Hutchinson High School in 2025. She was a SPA PREP Attendant at Pfizer Inc., McPherson, KS. Everyone who knew Baylee knew her as a kind, gentle, beautiful soul who was vibrant and full of life. She was a doer, not a tryer, always conquering whatever obstacles got in the way of achieving her goals and greatest ambitions. When she was 18, she purchased her motorcycle and you could catch her riding all summer long and any unusually warm winter day. She never missed an opportunity to take full advantage of whatever day she was given. Her recently purchased Toyota 86 was her dream car, and she took so much pride in making that dream a reality. However, anyone that knew Baylee knew her biggest pride was her sweet baby Taquito. You could often find them together going on walks in the park, riding in her car, or shopping anywhere Taquito was allowed to be. Baylee loved her life and strived to make every day better than the one before.
Baylee is survived by: her parents, Darren and Elizabeth Flynn; brothers, Hayden and Layken Flynn; grandparents, Martin and Donna Gumble, and Randy Flynn; great-grandparents, Darrell “Butch” Flynn and Sheila DeGarmo; aunt, Jennifer Clasen; uncles, Stephen Gumble and wife Olivia, and Nicholas Flynn; close cousins, Sydney Clasen, Hailey Herrin and Amira Flynn, as well as many other cousins; beloved fur-baby, her dachshund, Taquito; as well as many other extended family members.
Baylee was preceded in death by: her great-grandmother, Rhea Stevenson, and Granny Fay Flynn.
Cremation has taken place. There will be a visitation only on Saturday, May 23, 2026, from 2pm until 4pm at Elliott Mortuary. Friends may sign the book daily 9 am until 5pm. Baylee would have wanted everyone to come in their favorite band t-shirt or normal clothes to the visitation. There will be stationary provided for friends and family to leave their favorite memory or story of Baylee for the family to read.
Memorials are suggested to the Baylee Flynn Memorial Fund, with checks payable to Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main St, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
