Beach J. "Jeff" O'Neal, 71, died Nov. 7, 2013, at Hospice House. He was born Aug. 19, 1942, in Nevada, Mo., to Jefferson and Tressa Opperman O'Neal.

Survivors include: his wife of 30 years, Mary (Ehrlich) O'Neal; a daughter, Tanya Rathbun and husband Jamin of Johnson City, Tenn.; a son, Jeffery O'Neal of Ellsworth; a sister, Mary Johnson of Topeka; 11 grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers.

Cremation has taken place.

Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12, 2013, at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with Dr. Jeff Ehrlich presiding. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday through Monday and 9 a.m. to service time Tuesday at Elliott Mortuary. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice House or Downtown Hutchinson Revitalization Partnership, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS, 67501.
