Betty F. Aleman's Obituary
Betty Frances Aleman, 80, died Feb. 2, 2007, at Hospice House, Hutchinson.
She was born Jan. 29, 1927, in Hutchinson, the daughter of Arcidio and Rita Garcia Aleman. A lifetime Hutchinson resident, she was a silk finisher for both the former Barritt Cleaners and Haskard Cleaners.
She belonged to Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
Survivors include: four brothers, Luis, South Hutchinson, and John, Robert, and Richard, all of Hutchinson; three sisters, Mary Blea, and Rosie Vargas, both of Hutchinson, and Jennie Enciso, Saginaw, Mich.; and many nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Charles; and a sister, Lola Torrez.
Rosary will be at 7 p.m. Monday at Elliott Mortuary Chapel, Hutchinson. Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, South Hutchinson, with Father Ned Blick presiding. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. today, and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Eastside Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Hospice House, in care of the mortuary.
