Betty E. Arnold, 94, of Hutchinson, died June 28, 2017, at Pleasant View Home, Inman. She was born June 17, 1923, in Hutchinson, to Harry F. and Evelean (Welch) Emigh.

Betty graduated from Hutchinson High School and attended Adela Hale Business College. She retired in 1993 from Garvey Elevator Company as a computer operator. Betty was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, sang in the choir, was an avid bowler, and loved spending time with her family.

Betty is survived by: son, Rick Arnold and wife Kendi of Hutchinson; grandchildren, Mandy Dickson and husband Matt of Atlanta, Klaiborne Arnold of Wichita, Radley Arnold of Hutchinson; and great-grandson, Maxwell Dickson.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; brother, Harry E. Emigh; and sisters, Vivian Hamilton and Genevieve Wells.

Graveside service will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday, July 1, 2017, at Memorial Park Cemetery, Hutchinson, with Pastor Tim Kraft officiating. Friends may call from 5 to 9 p.m. at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
