Betty Lee Manning's Obituary
Betty Lee Manning, 91, died Dec. 31, 2015, at Hester Care Center, Hutchinson. She was born May 3, 1924, in Berkeley Springs, West Virginia, to Paul E. and Nellie V. (Hasenbuhler) Ambrose.
On Oct. 2, 1944, she married Richard A. "Dick" Manning Sr., in St. Petersburg, Fla. He died June 21, 1993. Betty is survived by: son, Richard R. Manning Jr. and wife Charlene of Wichita; daughter, Sarah Mallonee and husband Bill of Hutchinson.; grandchildren, Heather Quinn, Nicholas Manning, Andrew Manning, Lisa Molnar, Lexi Aricco, Libby Gertken; and four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: her parents and sisters, Geraldine Connelly and Anna Curtis.
Cremation has taken place. Private family service will take place at a later date.
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Reno County, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
