Beverly Jean Miller, 79, of Hutchinson, died Dec. 7, 2016, at Wesley Medical Center, Wichita. She was born April 1, 1937, in Lyons, to Raymond A. and Dorothy L. (Mitchell) Withrow.
Beverly graduated from Partridge Rural High School in 1955 and attended Ozark Christian College. She was a dental assistant for Dr. Wayne Perrin D.D.S., a homemaker, owner and operator of Baskin-Robbins Ice Cream store, and retired from Lowen Sign Company. Beverly was very artistic, creative and enjoyed music.
On May 22, 1999, she married Richard L. Miller in Hutchinson. He survives. Other survivors include: daughter, Annell Taylor and husband Tim of Wichita; son, Brett Shultz and wife Gina of Burlingame; 12 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and three stepchildren. Beverly was preceded in death by: her parents; infant brother, Raymond Jr.; brother, Richard Dean Withrow; and granddaughter, Emma Ruth Shultz.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial service will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 12, 2016, at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with Pastor Wayne Pittman officiating. Friends may sign the book from 9 to 5 today until Sunday at Elliott Mortuary.
