Billy Frank Campbell, 70, of Hutchinson, died December 10, 2021, at his home. He was born August 13, 1951, in Carlsbad, New Mexico, to William and Jimmie (Dutton) Campbell.

Billy graduated high school in 1969, and in 1994, earned a degree from Hutchinson Community College. He served in the United States Army, Special Forces during the Vietnam War. Before retiring, Billy was a private surgical scrub tech for Dr. Tejano and delivery driver. He enjoyed bowling.

On June 9, 1989, Billy married BeLinda Dawn Ratcliffe, in Hutchinson.

He is survived by: wife, BeLinda Campbell, Hutchinson; seven daughters, including: Christeen Jones, Salina, Heather Campbell, Orlando, Florida; stepson, Alex Radcliffe, Wichita; grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

Billy was preceded in death by: his parents, brother, and stepson.

Cremation has taken place. There will be no services at this time. Arrangements made with Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
