Billy Dean Johnson, 78, died December 5, 2020, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center.  He was born February 11, 1942, in Dodge City, to George William and Edna Bernice (Barton) Johnson.

Billy graduated from Ingalls High School in 1960, and Kansas State University in 1964.  He served in the United States Army.  Billy retired as a Federal Agent with the Internal Revenue Service.  He was a member of Prairie Dunes Golf Club and the L.A.D.S.  Billy attended Park Place Christian Church.

On August 10, 1979, he married Donna Gae Allsup in Sausalito, CA. They shared 26 years of marriage before her death on August 22, 2005.

Billy is survived by:  sons, Alan Johnson (Amy) of Naples, FL, Neil Johnson (Kim) of Nipomo, CA, and Christopher Allsup (Irene) of Vonore, TN; granddaughter, Elizabeth Johnson of Concord, CA; and companion, Helen McKenzie of Hutchinson.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation has taken place.  Due to Covid-19, there will be no services at this time.
