Bob Raymond Case's Obituary
Bob Raymond Case, devoted husband, father and grandfather, 89, died Oct. 13, 2014, at Thorne Care Center at Wesley Towers, Hutchinson. He was born Feb. 12, 1925, in Alliance, Neb., to Raymond and Loree (Carson) Case.
He graduated from Alliance High School in 1943 and went on to trade school where he learned electronics. He retired from U.S.D. 308 as an electronics technician, and was a member of Faith United Methodist Church. On July 16, 1946, he married Ottalie Smith in Pratt, Kan. She died Dec. 1, 2011. Survivors include: daughter, Peggy Case of Wichita, Kan.; granddaughter, Alexandra Case-Cohen of Modesto, Calif.; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial service will be 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 17, 2014, at Faith United Methodist Church, Hutchinson, with Pastor Ron Kite presiding. Friends may sign the memorial book from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson. Memorial contributions may be made to Faith United Methodist Church, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
