Bradly Lynn Gibson, 63, of South Hutchinson, died September 1, 2023, at his home. He was born May 23, 1960, in Kiowa, to Gary B. and Sondra K. (Jones) Gibson.

Brad attended Nickerson schools. He was a jack-of-all-trades and loved riding motorcycles. Brad also enjoyed constructing model cars and, in his younger years, going to his Grandpa and Grandma Jones farm near Hazelton.

In 1985, Brad married Carla Holeman and they had two daughters.

He is survived by: his daughters, Lawren Hinson (Brian) of South Hutchinson, Morgan Gibson of Moline; granddaughter, Makinzie Hinson; and mother, Sondra Gibson of South Hutchinson.

Brad was preceded in death by his father.

Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, September 9, 2023, at Elliott Chapel. Burial will follow at 1:30 p.m. in Rosehill Cemetery, Hazelton.

The service will be livestreamed and the link to view it below will be active beginning at 10:15 a.m. the day of the service.

Friends may sign his memorial book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday thru Friday at Elliott Mortuary and the family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Friday, at Elliott Mortuary.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brad Gibson Memorial Fund, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.

The family would like attendees to bring their hot rod or motorcycle to the service.
