Brenda Dennison Forney, 60, of Hutchinson, died June 23, 2018, at Salina Regional Health Center. She was born March 7, 1958, in Boston, Massachusetts, the daughter of Francis Robert and Mary Jane (Elliott) Dennison.

On June 25, 2007, Brenda married Harry A. Forney in Hawaii. He survives.

Other survivors include: daughter, Jessie Lynn Upshaw (Dustin) of California; son, Joseph Alan Cruz Jr. of Oregon; grandchildren, Alivia Jane Upshaw of California and Logan Joshua Phillips of Oregon; sisters, Mary Arian of Massachusetts, Anne Lasson of California; and brothers, Jack Dennison of Massachusetts, Bill Dennison of California.

Brenda was preceded in death by her parents.

Cremation has taken place and memorial services are planned for a later date in California.
