C. Paul Schmidt's Obituary
C. Paul Schmidt, 59, died March 6, 2014, at his home in Pretty Prairie. He was born March 4, 1955, in Hays, to Alvin Joseph and Lioba (Windholz) Schmidt. Paul graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1973. He was an entrepreneur and had a fascination with computers.
On September 11, 1992, he married Debra Fossier in Las Vegas. She survives.
Other survivors include: children, Konrad, Konnaly, Keely Schmidt all of Pretty Prairie, Dane A. Schmidt and Brooke A. Northern of Overland Park; granddaughter, Stella Grace Northern; mother, Lioba Schmidt; sisters, Margaret Spellman, Alice Marie Boyd, Carrie Ann Konen all of Hutchinson.
Paul was preceded in death by his father.
Cremation has taken place.
Private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Reno County, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N Main, Hutchinson, Ks 67501.
