Calvin P. Hall's Obituary
Calvin P. Hall, 75, of Hutchinson, died May 31, 2011, at Promise Regional Medical Center.
He was born April 12, 1936, at Eureka, the son of Emmett L. and Masil I. McDaniel Hall.
He attended schools in Langdon and had worked at Cessna Hydraulics and later Eaton Corporation for 40 years.
He married Barbara Kay Vance on June 15, 1963, in Stafford. She survives.
Other survivors include: a son, David A. Hall of Lyons; two brothers, Norman Hall of Wichita, and Rick Hall of Hutchinson; and three sisters, Sharon Chansler and Roberta (Bobbi) Dunsworth, both of Hutchinson, and Margaret Hall of Elkhart. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Friday, June 3, 2011, at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson. Burial will be at Peace Creek Cemetery near Stafford. The family requests attendees wear casual attire to the service. Visitation will be Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. until service time at Elliott Mortuary.
Memorial contributions may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or American Heart Assn., sent in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
