Candace R. Hess' Obituary
Candace R. Hess, 47, died Aug. 9, 2006, at Hutchinson Hospital.
She was born May 19, 1959, in Hutchinson, the daughter of Harold Martin and Lavon Hilton Barkley. She was a hairdresser.
Survivors include: her mother; three sons, Tommy Dick and Joshua Dick, both of Sheltonville, Neb., and Kyle Hess, McPherson; three brothers, Greg Martin, Hutchinson, Jeremy Barkley and Jarrod Barkley, both of Camargo, Okla; and three sisters, Sue Meeker, Jayne Barkley, both of Hutchinson, and Lea Sage, Camargo, Okla.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents Thomas and Ruth Hilton and Clyde and Clarabelle Martin.
Memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Elliott Mortuary Chapel, Hutchinson, with Pastor Andy Addis presiding. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday at the mortuary, with the family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at the mortuary.
Memorials may be sent to Golden Plains Health Care Center or to donor's choice, both in care of the funeral home, Hutchinson.
