Carl Kent Moyer, 70, of Sanford, FL, died May 30, 2020, at Advent Health Hospice Care, Orange City, FL.  He was born February 2, 1950, in Wellington, to Laurence and Laveda (Stephens) Moyer.

Carl graduated from Partridge High School and Sterling College.  He worked as a Quality Assurance Manager for LSG Sky Chefs, a provider of in-flight catering and prepared food for retail stores.

On June 6, 1970, Carl married Connie Jean Staib, in Hutchinson.  They shared over 43 years of marriage, prior to her death on March 21, 2014.

He is survived by:  his sons, Chad (Karen) Moyer of Pataskala, OH, and Todd (Taryn) Moyer of Pickerington, OH; grandchildren, Bailey Moyer, Caden Moyer, and Addison Moyer; and brothers, Donald (Jan) Moyer and Denis (Aleta) Moyer.

Carl was preceded in death by:  his parents; wife, Connie Moyer; daughter, Laura Moyer Hill; and brothers, Marc Moyer and Dale Moyer

Funeral service will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 13, 2020, at Elliott Chapel, with Pastor Jeff Arnold officiating.  Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.  Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, June 9, 2020, through Friday, June 12, 2020.
