Carolyn Lee “Carol” Lauxman, 74, died May 25, 2026, at Hutchinson Health and Rehab. She was born October 27, 1951, in Minneapolis, MN, to Ward Kenneth and Irene Charlotte Anderson.

Carol graduated from Isle High School, Isle, MN, in 1969. She worked in food service and housekeeping, before retiring. Carol was a member of South Hutchinson United Methodist Church; she attended Sunday School and assisted with bible school and the churches community dinners. Carol also would provide cakes for special occasions and holidays at church. She loved her dogs and spent most of her time taking care of them.

Carol is survived by: her son, Brian (Denise) Riedemann of St. Cloud, MN; daughter, Kim (Adam Piper) Bork of Illinois; grandchildren, Michelle, Kori, Brandi, Dawn, Sydney and Dakota; and three great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by: her parents; husband, Jerry Lauxman; daughter, Jodie; and her beloved dogs.

Memorial service will be 11:45 a.m. Sunday, May 31, 2026, at South Hutchinson United Methodist Church, 206 E. Avenue E, South Hutchinson, directly following church service on Sunday, officiated by Reverend Mike Rose. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday through Saturday at Elliott Mortuary. Cremation has taken place.
