Carole J. Brack's Obituary
TURON - Carole J. Brack, 68, died Sunday, April 4, 2010, at Golden Plains Health Care.
She was born Nov. 16, 1941, at Hays, to Bernie J. and Velma F. Lane Smith.
She was a 1959 graduate of Holyrood High School. Carole had been a CMA at Hutchinson Hospital and several area nursing homes.
On April 8, 1963, she married Gary G. Brack at Miami, Okla. They divorced.
Survivors include: her children, Steve Smith, Hutchinson, Gene Brack and wife Dana, Turon, Shelly and husband Claude Cochran, Cunningham, Kelly Brack and Terry Brack, both of Turon, Cory Brack and wife Kelsey, Cheney; sister, Cheryl Niedens, Garden City; 21 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Bernie Dean Smith.
Cremation has taken place. No services are planned.
