Carolyn Elizabeth Simmons

Carolyn Elizabeth Simmons, 74, died December 13, 2012, at her home in Hutchinson. She was born July 16, 1938, in Hutchinson to George E. and Faye Kenoyer Miller. She was a 1956 graduate of Buhler High School, and a member of Bethany Church of the Nazarene. She was devoted to national and local animal rights. She married Robert M. Bass. He survives. She later married Kenneth Dale Simmons on November 23, 1992, in Hutchinson. He died August 8, 2009.
Other survivors include: daughter, Julie Caudillo and husband Sebastian II, Hutchinson; sons, Martin Bass and wife Tami, Pratt, and Matt Bass, Hutchinson; grandchildren, Santalena Potter and husband Darin, Hutchinson, Sebastian F. Caudillo III and wife Allison, Hutchinson, Heather Davidson and husband Brock, Pratt, Ryan Bass, Wichita, and Kristen Bass, Fayetteville, AK; and six great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Charles Miller.

Cremation has taken place. No services are scheduled at this time.
