Charles D. "Charlie" Reimer's Obituary
Charles D. "Charlie" Reimer, 63, died Sept. 17, 2011, at Promise Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson.
He was born Feb. 8, 1948, in Hutchinson, to Ernest M. and Mary E. Miller Reimer.
Charlie was an Army veteran serving in Vietnam. He was a volunteer firefighter for the City of South Hutchinson and a member of the Sons of the American Legion.
On March 26, 1991, he married Debbie A. Miller in Hutchinson. She survives.
Other survivors include: four children, Cathy Lewis of Mena, Arkansas, Israel Craig of Tacoma, Washington, Crystal Rosiere of Partridge, and Shaun Reimer of South Hutchinson; a brother, Carl Reimer of Hutchinson; and a brother at heart, Dan Miller of Palos Verde, California.
Charlie was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Bruce Reimer.
Cremation has taken place. A private family memorial service will take place at a later date.
Memorials may be made to the South Hutchinson Volunteer Firefighters in care of the mortuary.
