Clinton "Charles" Welsh, 92, of Hutchinson, died August 4, 2022, at Hester Care Center. He was born November 16, 1929, in Garnett, to Howard and Hester (Dixon) Welsh.

Charles taught elementary school for many years in California.

He married Rebecca Hayes on February 20, 1965. She passed away September 9, 2002.

On December 11, 2013, he married Harold Sultz, in Desert Hot Springs, California.

Charles is survived by: husband, Harold Sultz, Hutchinson; close friend, Christopher Britton, Hutchinson; and a brother and sister in Oklahoma.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, Rebecca Welsh.

A private graveside service will be in Stafford Cemetery. Friends may sign the book from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday at Elliott Mortuary.
