Chase Wade Smith, 21, of Hutchinson, died May 31, 2020, at his home.  He was born July 21, 1998, in Hutchinson, to Gilbert Wade and Michelle Lynn (Davis) Smith.

Chase attended Jasper High School, Jasper, Arkansas.  He worked in the fast food industry for Taco Bell and Little Caesars.

Chase is survived by:  his parents, Michelle Davis of Hutchinson, and Gilbert; siblings, Brandy Hartman, Dustin Bright, and Courtney Smith; grandpa, Charles Davis; uncle, Charles D. Davis; aunts, Stephanie Davis and Jennifer Davis; nieces, CynNakai Davis and Auryis Hartman; nephew, Stryker Hartman; and numerous cousins.

He was preceded in death by his cousin, Lodema Robinson.

Cremation has taken place.

Private Celebration of Life will be held a later date. Elliott Mortuary and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
