Cheryl Renee Bayne, 40, died May 18, 2015, at KU Medical Center, Kansas City. She was born Feb. 2, 1975, in Hutchinson, to Billy Ray and Linda Kay (Malecki) Justus. She was a Hutchinson High School graduate and a member of First Baptist Church of Nickerson.

Survivors include: spouse, John Joseph Bayne of Hutchinson; children, Dayton Michael Justus, Jonathan Joseph Bayne and Joseph Michael Bayne, all of Hutchinson; parents, Bill and Linda Justus of Hutchinson; brother, Marc Justus of Hutchinson; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents.

Graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 26, 2015, at Penwell-Gabel Cemetery and Mausoleum, with Brad Richardson presiding. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Sunday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday with the family to receive friends from 3 to 5 p.m. Saturday all at Elliott Mortuary. Memorials may be made to the Cancer Council of Reno County.
