Chester R. Brown, Sr.'s Obituary
Chester R. Brown Sr., 81, died Nov. 7, 2011, at Promise Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson. He was born June 21, 1930, in South Hutchinson.
Chester was owner and operator of the Healthy Way and was an electrical contractor. Chester was one of Jehovah's Witnesses and an elder in the west congregation for 45 years.
On April 4, 1953, he married Barbara E. Warrick. She survives.
Other survivors include: sons, Chester R. Brown Jr. and wife Patricia of Newton and Marlin Brown and wife Lydia of Allentown, Pa.
Memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 12, 2011, at the Jehovah's Witnesses Kingdom Hall, 3304 N. Severance, with Kenneth Herdt officiating.
Memorials may be made to the World Wide Preaching Work, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson KS 67501.
