Chris F. Breford, 68, died, Thursday, Dec. 22, 2011. He was born March 10, 1943, at Holyrood, the son of Chris G. and Nellie Nelson Breford.
He was a graduate of Holyrood High School and a machinist at Eaton Corporation retiring in 1991 with 20 years of service. In 1992, he married Sharon J. Collins Jarrett in Hutchinson. She survives. Other survivors include: children, David Jarrett and his wife Archer, Michelle Jarrett and LaVeta Jarrett all of Hutchinson; a sister, Julie Taylor of Winter Haven, Fla.; three grandchildren; a niece and a nephew. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Cremation is planned and there will be no service. Memorial gifts may be made to American Diabetes Association, in care of Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
