Christopher L. "Critter" Ostrom, 35, of Inman, died surrounded by his loved ones January 21, 2026. He was born May 23, 1990, in Greensburg, KS, to Charles Jr. "Charlie" and Loretta (Inman) Ostrom.

Critter was known to be full of joy, mischief, and spunk. He enjoyed making people smile and laugh. Critter often brighten everyone's day with his personality and love. He was truly one of a kind. Critter enjoyed playing catch with his family. He had so much love in his heart for the people around him. Critter did not appreciate that he had to wear a shirt or shoes.

Critter is survived by his: parents, Charlie and Loretta Ostrom; beloved sisters, Amanda Chavez, Shanda Perry, Cassandra Ward, Cheyenne Ostrom, and Krysta Shaw; grandmothers, Carolyn Johnson and Cheryl Ostrom; and many nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his: grandfather, Charles (Chuck) Ostrom Sr.; grandmother, Marge Inman; uncle, Jerry Inman; and aunt, Karen Fisher.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Friday, January 30, 2026, at Elliott Mortuary Chapel with Deacon Todd Ray officiating. Burial will follow in Wildmead Cemetery, Nickerson. Friends may call from 12 to 8 p.m. Thursday, January 29, 2026, with the family present from 6 to 8 p.m. at Elliott Mortuary.
