Clifford Carson "Cliff" Treaster Jr., 61, died Nov. 13, 2008, at Via Christi Regional Medical Center, St. Francis Campus, Wichita.

He was born Jan. 28, 1947, in Chicago, the son of Clifford Carson Sr. and Blanche Irene Cates Treaster. A resident of Hutchinson since 1980, he was a contract painter.

He was a U.S. Army veteran, serving as a sergeant.

On Feb. 8, 1970, he married Eloise Kathleen White in Missouri. She survives. Other survivors include: sons, John "Buddy" Stovall, Missouri, Anthony Treaster and companion Robin Davis, and Adam Treaster and companion LaDawn Hunter-Freer, all of Hutchinson; daughter, Anne Marie Raigosa and husband, Jonnie; and his parents, Clifford and Blanche Treaster, Hutchinson.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Elliott Mortuary Chapel, Hutchinson, with the Rev. Dr. Kim Biery presiding. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the mortuary. Burial will be in Fairlawn Burial Park, Hutchinson, with military honors conducted by the Fort Riley Honor Guard.
