ARLINGTON - Clinton "Clint" D. Thrasher Jr., 53, died June 17, 2008, in Bossier City, La.
He was born Nov. 6, 1954, in Arlington, the son of Clinton D. and Gladys J. Parkhurst Thrasher. He attended school in Arlington, and then Fairfield High School. He lived in Benton, La., and was formerly of Arlington. He was a thoroughbred horse trainer.
Survivors include: two sons, Corey D., Bossier City, La., and Joey L., Hutchinson; a step daughter, Meagan Thrasher, Ocala, Fla.; two sisters, Kay Sipe, Arlington, and Fay Green, Russell; and two grandsons. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 25, 2008, in Arlington Cemetery, Arlington, with Pastor Keith Dellenbach presiding. Visitation will be from 1 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, June 24, 2008, at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
Memorials may be sent to the donor's choice, in care of the mortuary.
