Connie L. Davison, 71, died Oct. 10, 2008, at Promise Regional Medical Center, Hutchinson.
She was born Oct. 19, 1936, in Newton, the daughter of Harry E. and Mary M. Zaring Eshleman.
She attended Sedgwick Schools and the University of Kansas. She was a homemaker. She belonged to the Trinity United Methodist Women's circle. PEO, Chapter BL.
On Nov. 10, 1956, she married Charles W. Davison at Sedgwick. He survives. Other survivors include: one son, Brad Davison, Hutchinson; two daughters, Kim Hopengardner and husband Mark, Hutchinson; and Karla Karlin and husband Todd, Shawnee; one brother, Joe Eshelman and wife Joan, Stafford; one sister, Norma Whitney, Golden Colo. ; and two grandsons, Lucas and Joshua Karlin. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Funeral 10 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 14, 2008, at Sedgwick United Methodist Church, Sedgwick, with the Rev. Mark Conard and Pastor Paul Stephens presiding. Friends may call 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday at Elliott Mortuary. Family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Monday at the mortuary.
Memorials may be sent to Sedgwick United Methodist Church, Trinity United Methodist Church, or St. Jude's Children's Hospital, in care of the funeral home.
