Constance "Connie" Sue Badgett, 50, died October 28, 2012, at her home in Hutchinson.

She was born December 19, 1961, in Hutchinson, the daughter of Avin "Al" and Evelyn Marie Kessler Badgett.

Connie was a 1980 graduate of Hutchinson High School. She was involved in TECH, Reins of Hope, Faces of Faith, and was an avid bowler. Connie was a member of St. Teresa's Catholic Church.

She is survived by: her mother, Evelyn Badgett; three siblings, Barbara Klug and husband Aaron, Butch Badgett and wife Annette, and Don Badgett and wife Donna, all of Hutchinson; six nieces and nephews, Andrew Klug, Christopher Klug, Karri Klug, Carl Badgett, Brandon Badgett and Val Gibson-Smith; and numerous great-nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Avin "Al" Badgett and a half-brother, Ralph Badgett.

Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday Oct. 31, 2012, at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with Father Nicholas Voelker presiding. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday with family to receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at the chapel. Burial will be in Penwell Gabel Cemetery and Mausoleum, Hutchinson.
