Corinne W. Dutschmann, 83, died Nov. 29, 2007, at her home, Hutchinson.

She was born Dec. 26, 1923, in Barton County, the daughter of Emanuel and Elizabeth Popp Nuss. She graduated from Salt City Business College. A longtime resident of Hutchinson, she was a homemaker.

She belonged to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church.

On May 8, 1948, she married Eldon M. Dutschmann in McAllen, Texas. He survives.

Other survivors include: a son, Richard and wife, Leti, Mission, Texas; two daughters, Lynda Koehn and husband, Shannon, Hutchinson, and Dora Dutschmann, Wichita; a brother, Wayne E. Nuss, Barton County; a sister, Florence Mai, Great Bend; and four grandchildren, Joshua and Kelly Koehn, Jana Koehn, Cori Dutschmann, and Kim Dutschmann.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Alvina Miller and Viola Podszus.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with the Rev. Thomas B. Mendenhall and Pastor Luke Helmuth presiding. Visitation will be from noon to 9 p.m. Saturday and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday, with the family present from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairlawn Burial Park.

Memorials may be sent to the American Heart Association, American Diabetes Association or the American Macular Degeneration Foundation, all in care of the funeral home.
