Curtis H. Bruce's Obituary
Curtis H. Bruce, 46, died Dec. 11, 2007, at South Wind Hospice House, Pratt.
He was born Dec. 10, 1961, in Fairfax, Va., the son of Norman Lee Bruce Sr. and Viola Cash Bruce. A resident of Hutchinson since 1990, moving from Kansas City, he was a former sous chef for the Grand Prairie Hotel.
He retired from the Army Reserve National Guard in 2003.
Survivors include: a daughter, Tuesday Bruce, Turon; his mother, Viola Cash Noland, Spotsylvania, Va.; three sisters, Karen Bruce, Garnett, Doreen Skinner, Lawton, Okla., and Charlotte Swogger, Orange, Va.; and a grandson.
He was preceded in death by: his father, Norman Lee Sr.; a brother, Norman Lee Jr.; and grandparents.
Cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date.
