Daniel L. Smith's Obituary
Daniel L. Smith, 50, died Aug. 2, 2014, in Hutchinson. He was born May 3, 1964, in Hutchinson, to Earle and Diane (Wright) Smith.
He married Lori Nethercot on Aug. 1, 1986, in Hutchinson. She survives.
Dan was a product specialist at AGCO in Hesston.
Survivors include: his wife; sons, Tyler and Kyle Smith, all of Hutchinson; mother-in-law, Sybil Nethercot of Hutchinson; mother, Diane Boindi of Virginia; a brother; a sister; and many other loving family members. He was preceded in death by his father and father-in-law, Paul Nethercot.
A Parish Rosary will be held at 9:30 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 7, 2014, at The Church of The Holy Cross, with Father Joseph A. Eckberg presiding. Burial will be in Penwell-Gabel Cemetery and Mausoleum, Hutchinson. Friends may call from 1 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
Memorials may be made to the Smith Boys Education Fund in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
