BOULDER, Colo. - David Wayne Chamberlain, 57, died March 1, 2007, at his home, Boulder.
He was born Feb. 28, 1950, in Hutchinson, the son of Arthur David and Evelyn C. Miller Chamberlain Jr. He graduated from Fairview High School, Boulder, and attended Denver Metropolitan University. He was a resident of Hutchinson until the age of 13, then moving to Boulder.
Survivors include: a daughter, Natalie Chamberlain, and Natalie's mother, Terry Chamberlain, both of Kansas City, Mo.; his mother, Evelyn Openshaw, Hutchinson; and three sisters, Ronna Lea Chamberlain, Overland Park, Gae Lynn McKay and her husband, Sandy, Hutchinson, and Christine Peterson and her husband Rod, Lafayette, Colo.
He was preceded in death by his father, Arthur D. Chamberlain Jr.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Elliott Chapel, Hutchinson, with the Rev. Pat Ault-Duel presiding. Friends may sign the register from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Penwell-Gabel Cemetery and Mausoleum.
