David V. Mcamis' Obituary
David Victor McAmis, 63, died Oct. 22, 2005, at Hutchinson Hospital.
He was born June 3, 1942, in Atchison, the son of Ernest Victor and Anna Marie Robertson McAmis. A Hutchinson resident for the last 20 years, he was a car man for the Santa Fe Railroad.
Survivors include: two sons, David W. McAmis, Douglas, and Phillip McAmis, Hutchinson; a brother, Jim McAmis, Rockwall, Texas; six grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by a son, Gary McAmis; and a sister, Marjorie Kautez.
Cremation has taken place. A private family memorial service will take place at a later date.
Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson, is in charge of arrangements.
