Deanna L. 'Dee' Riney, 72, of Hutchinson, died Thursday, August 23, 2018, at Hospice House, Hutchinson. She was born December 25, 1945, in Hutchinson, the daughter of Earnest Wesley and Ruby Elenor (Schroll) Watkins.

Dee was a 1962 graduate of Hutchinson High School. She had worked as a welder, saw operator, and retired as an administrative assistant from SNC Security.

On June 1, 1974, Dee married Freddie Ray Riney in Kingman, Kansas. He died April 3, 2017. Survivors include: daughter, Debbi Nachtigal and husband Chad of Hutchinson; brother, Wesley Watkins and wife Jolene of Wichita; three grandsons, Tarryn Riney and wife Rita, Reece Marshall, and Josh Nachtigal, all of Hutchinson; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial graveside service will be 1 p.m. Monday, August 27, 2018, at Memorial Park Cemetery, with Pastor Paul Thurston officiating. Friends may sign her book from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson.
