Obituary

On November 23, 2006, Debbie went to spend time with the Father and have coffee with the angels. At her side was the love of her life and her family. She ascended with a smile and a giggle well recognized by all. Her legacy is that she gave us all a foundation in Christ, literally giving us Heaven. She loved reading the Bible and sharing the Word with her loved ones. She was an avid nature lover, she loved people and music. She served Reno County as a Social Worker and touched many lives through the Friendship Manor Haven, Primary Care program at the Health Department, TECH Inc., and the Reno County Hospice.

A devoted wife, she married Roy Duane Thomas on Aug. 20, 1981. Roy was re-adopted by his biological father, James McIntire, in September of 2000, after which Debbie and Roy remarried on October 30, 2000. Mother to Brenda Sue Caselton and her husband Charles D. Caselton, Peggy Ann Hallack and her husband Trace Eugene Hallack, Jacquelyn Jean Morgan, Raquel Lynn Allan, grandmother to Heather Helene Hulett, Nathaniel Hulett, Travis Joel Collier, Jason Allen Collier, Tyler Eugene Collier, Jessica Dawn Allan, Alicia Ann Allan, and Rena Jean Blakey, great-grandmother to Alexzandrea Destiny Moore and Noah Scott Howerter, stepmother to Roy Duane McIntire Jr., Richard John Thomas and Dawn Mari Jones, step-grandmother, to Julie and Royce Thomas, and Dominic Mucci, sister to Riley Wayne and wife Kathy Withrow and Michael Dean and wife Cynthia Haner Withrow, and adopted sister to Evelyn Ornelas.

Her parents, Riley Harold and Maxine Thelma Myers Withrow, and sister Linda Bristow greeted her upon her ascension.
