Debra Lee Keller, 68, died December 28, 2024, at her home in Hutchinson. She was born November 12, 1956, in Hays, KS, to Verlin "Red" J. and Virginia "Ginger" L. (Ross) Pfeifer.
Debra graduated from Hill City High School, Hill City, KS. She worked as an office manager for Pfeifer Well Service and later at Executive Promotions in Hutchinson.
At a young age, Debra enjoyed playing softball. Throughout the years she developed a love for several outdoor activities such as golfing, fishing, hunting, boating at Webster Lake, and spending time at home in her pool. She was a KC Chiefs football and Shockers basketball fan. She was an avid writer, eventually writing her own book. Debra was known for her extensive swimsuit collection.
She was a devoted mother, wife, grandmother, aunt and friend, who loved spending time with her family, friends, and beloved dogs, Chico and Alba.
On July 16, 1988, she married Donald John Keller. They shared over 36 years of marriage.
Debra is survived by: her husband, Donald Keller; father, Verlin "Red" Pfeifer; daughter, Leslie (Denny) Michel; son, Clayton Keller; grandchildren, Coleton Winters, Carson Winters, and Quinn Keller; sisters, Shelly Crippen and Renee (Mack) Aspinall; sister-in-law, Jeanie Pfeifer; brother-in-law, Ronald (Dana) Keller; numerous nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; and a great-great-niece and nephew.
She was preceded in death by: her mother, Virginia "Ginger" Pfeifer; brother, Stephen "Steve" Pfeifer; parents-in-law, Ralph and Connie Mae Keller; and grandson, Conner Winters.
Cremation has taken place. Rosary will be 10 a.m. and funeral liturgy 10:30 a.m. Both on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at Elliott Chapel. Burial will take place at a later date in Hill City, KS.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Hospice and HomeCare of Reno County, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
