Delores Schwartzkopf, 95, died June 13, 2009 at Mennonite Manor, South Hutchinson. She was born May 21, 1914 in Alexander, KS to Rudolph & Laura Mitchell
Kueffer.
A resident of Wichita since 1941, she was a meticulous homemaker and excellent cook. She was a member of the Free Will Evangelical Church in Wichita.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
On August 4, 1934, she married Carl Schwartzkopf in Alexander. He survives.
Other survivors include: two sisters, Marjorie Kershner, Great Bend & Winnifred Rappa, Denver, CO; and several nieces and nephews.
Graveside service will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, June 16, 2009 at Great Bend Cemetery with Rev. Thomas B. Mendenhall officiating. Friends may call from 9-9 Monday at Elliott Mortuary, Hutchinson. Memorials may be made to Hospice Care of Kansas in care of the mortuary, 1219 N Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501. Please visit www.elliottmortuary.com to leave condolences for the family.
