Dennis J. Heim's Obituary
Dennis J. Heim, 35, died Sept. 26, 2006, at Via Christi Regional Medical Center, Wichita.
He was born April 1, 1971, in Lyons. He graduated from Cunningham High School in 1989 and was an accounting major currently at Hutchinson Community College, where he was on the dean's honor roll and tutor at the Rimer Learning Center. A Hutchinson resident for the past two years, returning from Houston, he had worked for Mega Manufacturing.
He was an organ donor.
On July 29, 2000, he married Angela Marsh in Hutchinson. She survives.
Other survivors include: a son, Nicholas, Pratt; two daughters, Shelby and Amanda, Pratt; his mother, Mary Almon, Hutchinson; and a brother, Raymond Gates, Derby.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Elliott Mortuary Chapel, Hutchinson, with the Rev. Pat Ault-Duell presiding. Friends may sign the book from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, all at the mortuary. Burial will be in Hoosier Cemetery, Kingman.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Dennis J. Heim Children's Scholarship Fund, in care of the mortuary, Hutchinson. Personal condolences may be sent to www.elliottmortuary.com.
