Dolores G. Lewis' Obituary
Dolores "Kris" Lewis, 85 passed away October 6, 2014 at Thorne Care Center Wesley Towers in Hutchinson, KS. She was born September 10, 1929 in West Point, Nebraska to Louis and Mary Ann (Ortmeier) Ulrich.
Dolores graduated from West Point High School in 1946. She married William J. Mitchell in Sioux City, Iowa on April 13, 1964. He passed away November 1989. She was a medical secretary, receptionist and bookkeeper for 16 years. She worked for and with her husband in Sioux City, Iowa during their marriage. On September 5, 1991 she married William "Bill" H. Lewis in Sedona, Arizona he survives.
Other survivors include: 4 step children, Judith Mitchell, Michael his wife Jocelyn Ohlson, Pamela and husband Alan Peitsch, and Gregory and wife Susan Lewis, three step grandchildren, Christopher Peitsch, Joshua Lewis, and Megan Barney.
Cremation has taken place. No services are planned. Elliott Mortuary and Crematory, Hutchinson, is in charge of the arrangements.
Memorials may be sent to Donor's Choice in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 North Main, Hutchinson, 67501.
