Donald Dwayne Hoffman's Obituary
Donald Dwayne Hoffman, 55, died Aug. 22, 2012, at Hutchinson Regional Medical Center.
He was born July 28, 1957, in Moundridge, Kan., the son of Warren Dean and Patricia Elaine (Page) Hoffman.
He worked for Showalter Fireworks. On May 11, 1985, he married Mary LaVonne Sisler in Hutchinson. She survives.
Other survivors include: three children, John Wayne Hoffman, Yvonne Suzette Hoffman, Patricia Yoder, all of Hutchinson; four brothers, Michael Dean Hoffman of Hutchinson, Jeffrey Lee Hoffman of Okla., Monty James Hoffman, and Denim "Denny" Eugene Hoffman, both of Hutchinson; and seven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial service will be 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 30, 2012, at Eastwood Church of Christ, with Jimie-Wray Mead presiding. Memorials may be made to the Donald Hoffman Memorial Fund, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
