Donna Sue Ladewig, 63, of Hutchinson, died Saturday, September 22, 2018, at Hospice House. She was born November 11, 1954, in Emporia, the daughter of Dean and Martha (Pickering) Kuykendall. Donna graduated from high school in Osage City and Emporia State University. She worked as a receptionist at Via Christi Hutchinson Rehab and then as a billing/coding specialist for Hutchinson Clinic.

On May 21, 1978, Donna married Robert C. Ladewig Jr. in Osage City. He survives.

Also surviving are: sons, Lee and wife LaToya, Jay and wife Katie, both of Hutchinson; granddaughters, Teagan Ladewig and Rachel Stacy; sisters, Nina Flax and husband David, Osage City, Sarah Meadows and husband Frank, Topeka, Sally Wilk and husband Ken, Osage City; brothers, Jeff Kuykendall and husband David Morrissey, Monmouth, OR, Ken Kuykendall and wife Lori, Osage City; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral service will be 3 p.m. Tuesday, September 25, 2018, at Elliott Chapel. Friends may sign the book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday and Monday, and 9 a.m. until service time Tuesday at Elliott Mortuary.
